The PRELUDE Knowledge Management cluster group brings together stakeholders coming from past & current initiatives (Brainchild and others), open source community and practitioners in the attempt to generate consensus around issues related to knowledge management in public administration and to launch a FP6 proposal. The first KM seminar was organised under the framework of PRELUDE within the Zakopane conference on 12 June 2003. On this web site all the proceedings of the Cluster are published.
